Ingredients:
- Bengal Gram Lentils (boiled) 250 gms
- Bottle Gourd ½ kg
- Mutton ½ kg
- Curry Leaves 10
- Button Red Chilies 10
- Roasted Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 250 gms
- Tamarind Pulp 1 cup
- Green Chilies 6
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Onions 2
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
1. In a pan, add onions fry unrill golden brown and add ginger garlic paste.
2. Now add mutton and fry.
3. When mutton are tenders add boiles Bengal gram lentils, tamarind pulp, green chilies, coriander leaves, garam masala powder and cook for 10 minutes.
4. For tempering : In another pan, add button red chilies, roasted cumin seeds and curry leaves.
5. Delicious daalcha is ready.
