Ingredients:
- Whole red chili 6-8
- Dried ginger powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black salt 1/4 tsp
- Tartary 1/4 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
- Whole coriander 3 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
Method:
- First add whole coriander, cumin, fennel and whole red chilies roast it well.
- Now add fennel seeds, black salt and tartary chop it thick.
- Dahi baray masala is ready.
