Ingredients:
- Mutton ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Lemons 4
- Whole red chilies (finely chopped) 8-10
- Cumin (roasted & ground) 1 tsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a wok add oil, meat, ginger garlic and salt.
- Cook well till water dries off
- Add hot water and fry well till meat gets tender
- Add seasonings with yogurt and cook for 5 min then leave it to simmer
- When water in the wok dries off , add lemon , cumin and ginger.
- Dahi Gosht by Zubaida Tariq is ready to serve with chappati.
