Ingredients:
- Red lentil 250 grams
- Green chili 5
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil for fry
- Yogurt 250 grams
- Chat masala 1 tbsp
- Green coriander chopped 4 tbsp
- Sev 1 cup
- Onion chopped 1
- Green chutney ingredients:
- Coriander 4 tbsp
- Mint 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Green chili 5
- Tamarind chutney ingredients:
- Tamarind paste 1 cup
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Coriander 1 tbsp
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
Method:
- Lentils soaked 4 to 5 hours.
- Then in a blender some water adds and grinds it.
- Now in a mixture add green chili, salt, baking powder and green coriander chopped well mix and pakoray in warm oil.
- Then green chatni ingredients blend with some water fine grind.
- Tamarind chatni ingredients in a seprate cup well mix with water .
- After this yogurt whipped then add pakoray, green chatni
- Add Tamarind paste ,chaat masala ,chopped onion and sevadd and serve .
