Dahi Qeema by Shireen Anwar

Ingredients:

  • Mince ½ kg
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Butter ¼ cup
  • Yogurt 2 cups hanged
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Coriander leaves 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Green chilies sliced 4
  • Allspice ½ tsp

 

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry onion till light golden.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 min.
  3. Add all the dry seasonings with mince.
  4. Fry well add one cup water, cover and cook for 20 min.
  5. Then add hung curd, cook for 5 min, lastly add allspice and chopped greens.
