DAHI WALE AALU BY SHIREEN ANWAR

Ingredients:

 

  • Potatoes ½ kg peeled cubed and boiled
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 4 chopped
  • Curry leaves 15
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil potatoes till tender. Heat oil, add curry leaves with green chilies, fenugreek seeds, turmeric and boiled potatoes. Fry for 2 mins and remove, before serving heat potato mixture, remove in a serving bowl, and spread with beaten yogurt mix well sprinkle with chopped coriander.
