Dahi wali Mirchain By Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Green Chilies 250 gms
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (roasted) 1 tbsp
  • Curry Leaves 4
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add garam masala powder,yogurt, cumin seeds, salt turmeric and mix.
  2. Now cut green chili lengthwise and fill it yogurt mixture.
  3. Then heat oil add green chili, curry leaves and fry.
