Ingredients:
- Green Chilies 250 gms
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds (roasted) 1 tbsp
- Curry Leaves 4
- Salt ½ tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- In a bowl, add garam masala powder,yogurt, cumin seeds, salt turmeric and mix.
- Now cut green chili lengthwise and fill it yogurt mixture.
- Then heat oil add green chili, curry leaves and fry.
