Dahi Wali Mirchein By Rida Aftab’s

Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 250 gms
  • Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
  • Curry Leaves 4
  • Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Green Chiliess 50 gms

 

Method:

  1. In a pan, heat oil add green chilies and fry.
  2. Now in a bowl, add yogurt, salt, turmeric, curry leaves, sugar, tamarind pulp, cumin seeds and mix.
  3. Then in the remaining oil and fry well.
  4. When dries add green chilies , coriander leaves and removes from the stove.
  5. Dahi Wali Mirchein is ready.
