Ingredients:
- Yogurt 250 gms
- Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Curry Leaves 4
- Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Oil ½ cup
- Green Chiliess 50 gms
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil add green chilies and fry.
- Now in a bowl, add yogurt, salt, turmeric, curry leaves, sugar, tamarind pulp, cumin seeds and mix.
- Then in the remaining oil and fry well.
- When dries add green chilies , coriander leaves and removes from the stove.
- Dahi Wali Mirchein is ready.
