Dajaj Meshwi Recipe By Shireen Anwar At Masala Mornings

Ingredients:
Boneless breast             4 flattened
Paprika                     2 tsp
Red chili powder         1 tsp
Salt                         1 tsp
Black pepper                 1 tsp
Sumac                     2 tsp heaved
Pomegranate juice         2 tbsp
Zatar powder                 1 tsp
Oil                             1 tbsp

Method:
Marinate chicken breast with all the given ingredients.Marinate for 30 mins. Grill for 10 mins. Serve with grilled onions and tomatoes.
