Ingredients:
- Mutton 1kg
- Ginger 3tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Rice 3 cups
- Sugar 1tsp
- Yellow food color 1tsp
- Garlic 4tbsp
- Curd 1cup
- Cloves 10
- Kewra 1tsp
- Green cardamom 25
- Ghee 1cup
- Green chilies as required
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, fry ginger with salt.
- Then add 1 kg mutton and allow cooking until 1 cup of mutton stock is left.
- Now add mutton stock, cloves, green chilies, tomatoes, mint leaves and then boiled d rice.
- In other bowl mix curd with yellow food color, cardamom and sugar.
- Now pour above prepared mixture over rice and allow to keep on simmer for 15 min.
- Lastly heat ghee and pour it over Rice.
