Ingredients:
Ghee 8 ounces
Caster sugar 6 ounces
Egg 1
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Flour ½ ounces
Method:
Beat ghee with sugar and vanilla essence till light and fluffy. Fold in sieved flour and mix lightly fill the biscuit maker and take out various shapes on a cookie tray, bake on 190 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes.
