Ingredients:
- Boiled Spaghetti 1 packet
- Onions 1-2
- Mince ½ kg
- Chopped Tomatoes 250g
- Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
- Crushed Red Chilies 2 tsp
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Boiled Eggs 4
- Carrots 1 cup
- Finely Chopped Capsicum 1 cup
- Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
- Onions 1
- Green Coriander as required
Method:
- Heat 4 tbsp oil and add 1-2 onions in it until golden brown.
- Now add ½ kg mince, 2 tsp ginger garlic, 2 tsp crushed red chilies
- Add½ tsp crushed black pepper and cook it on high flame.
- When water evaporates, then add 250g crushed tomatoes, 1 cup tomato ketchup
- Add1 cup carrots, 1 cup finely chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp chili sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar and turn off the stove.
- Now add 1 packet boiled spaghetti and 4 boiled and finely chopped eggs.
- In the end put green coriander as required and put it on simmer for 5 minutes. Desi spaghetti is ready.
