Ingredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Yogurt ½ kg
- Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
- Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp
- Desiccated Coconut 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato Paste 1 cup
- Almonds (slices) 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Onions (slices) 250 gms
Method:
- In pan, add mutton, water, salt, turmeric powder, and coriander powder, onion slices, ginger garlic paste and cook on low flame.
- When mutton tenders, low the flame.
- Dry roast poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and desiccated coconut and grind.
- Now add ground masala, tomato paste, yogurt and oil.
- Fry well and add water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove the mutton from the stove and sprinkle chopped ginger and garam masala powder.
