Ingredients:
- Butter 1 cup
- Caster Sugar1cup
- Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
- Eggs2 cup
- Self Rising Flour 2 cup
- Milk ½ cup
- Cocoa Powder ½ cup
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Baking Soda 1 tsp
- Cooking Chocolate 1 cup
- Cream 1 packet
- Butter ½ cup
- Sprinkles as required
Method:
- -Take a bowl and add Butter, Sugar, Vanilla Essence and mix well
- Then add 2 eggs, milk, maida, coco powder and mix again
- -Preheat the oven to 185 C
- -Pour the batter in cake tin (greased the sides of the tin as well)
- -Then bake for 30-35 minutes
- For Ganache
- -Heat Cooking Chocolate and Cream together
- In the end pour the chocolate ganache over the cake and then add sprinkle
