Donut Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • Butter 1 cup
  •  Caster Sugar1cup
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
  • Eggs2 cup
  • Self Rising Flour 2 cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Cocoa Powder ½ cup
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda 1 tsp
  • Cooking Chocolate 1 cup
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Butter ½ cup
  • Sprinkles as required

 

Method:

  1. -Take a bowl and add Butter, Sugar, Vanilla Essence and mix well
  2. Then add 2 eggs, milk, maida, coco powder and mix again
  3.  -Preheat the oven to 185 C
  4. -Pour the batter in cake tin (greased the sides of the tin as well)
  5. -Then bake for 30-35 minutes
  6. For Ganache
  7. -Heat Cooking Chocolate and Cream together
  8.  In the end pour the chocolate ganache over the cake and then add sprinkle
