Ingredients:
Beef Mince ½ kg
Onion 2 Large
Potatoes (medium) 2
Green Chilies 6
Chana Daal 4 tbsp
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Eggs 2
Mint (chopped) ½ bunch
All spice 1 tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped) ½ bunch
Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Method:
Cook together meat. Ginger garlic paste, salt, daal, onions & potatoes & boil with 2 cups water till water dries off completely. Cool add green chilies & blend well, than add in all the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Shape the meat into a round shape, cut with doughnut cutter and fry them on high flame.
