Ingredients:
- Potatoes (boiled) ½ kg
- Corn Flour as required
- Black Pepper ½ tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Peel potatoes and cut into long slices
- Now heat water in a pot and boil potatoes for 5 to 6 minutes
- Then sieve the potatoes and coat with corn flour
- After that heat oil in a pan, add potato slices and fry till golden in color
- Drain potatoes on absorbent paper
- Sprinkle with black pepper and salt
