Ingredients:
- Mutton ½ kg
- Drumsticks 6-8
- Onions 2
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Tamarind Paste 1 cup
- Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp
- White Cumin 1 tsp
- Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
- Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp
- Coconut 1 small Piece
- Green Chilies 4
- Peanuts 10
- Curry Leaves few
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- In a pan, take mutton, onion, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, 1 tbsp red chili, salt, oil and 2 cups of hot water and let it cook.
- Cut drumsticks into pieces.
- On tawa, add in oil, tbsp coriander, cumin, peanuts, coconut and poppy seeds. Cook it/
- When the water of the meat dries, add in drumsticks, roasted spices, curry leaves, green chilies and 1 cup tamarind paste.
- Cook it on a low flame.
