Ingredients:
- Beef undercut ½ kg
- Big green chilies 3 – 4
- Spring onion 1
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Capsicum 1
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Worchester sauce 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
- Oil for fry
Method:
- Slice the beef undercut
- Marinate it with salt and corn four and deep fry in hot oil till it changes its color
- Heat oil in other pan and fry the garlic cloves in it
- Add green chilies, onion, capsicum, oyster sauce, Wooster sauce, crushed red chili and cook for 2-3 mins
- Add fried beef in it and mix well
- Serve hot
