Ingredients:
- Mutton cubes 1 kg
- Talhar chili powder 2 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Raw papaya ¾ tsp
- Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
- Oil 1-3 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ginger slice for garnishing
- Green coriander for garnishing
Method:
- In mutton boti Talhar chili powder, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Red chili powder
- Add Turmeric, Raw papaya and salt mix and marinate for 1 hour.
- Now in clay pot heat oil and marinated chicken fry for 10 minutes.
- Then add water and cook till than tender when water dry then add lemon juice.
- Finally add ginger slice and green coriander garnish and serve it.
