Dry Mutton Handi

Ingredients:

  • Mutton cubes                              1 kg
  • Talhar chili powder          2 tsp
  • Ginger paste                       1 tsp
  • Garlic paste                         1 tsp
  • Red chili powder               1 tsp
  • Turmeric                              ¼ tsp
  • Raw papaya                        ¾ tsp
  • Lemon juice                        1-2 tbsp
  • Oil                                          1-3 cup
  • Salt                                         to taste
  • Ginger slice                         for garnishing
  • Green coriander                for garnishing

Method:

  1. In mutton boti Talhar chili powder, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Red chili powder
  2. Add Turmeric, Raw papaya and salt mix and marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Now in clay pot heat oil and marinated chicken fry for 10 minutes.
  4. Then add water and cook till than tender when water dry then add lemon juice.
  5. Finally add ginger slice and green coriander garnish and serve it.
