INGREDIENTS:
Pasanada half kg
Raw papaya grinded 1 tbsp heaved
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
White cumin roasted and grinded 1 tsp heaved
Sesame 1 tsp roasted and grinded
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
Khashkhaash poppy seeds 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
Half brown onion grinded
Salt 1.5 tsp
Chili powder 1.5 tsp
Roasted gram grounded 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Marinate pasandas with all above for 1 hour. Give dum of coal. Heat quarter cup oil in a pan. Put pasandas cook on very low flame
till done serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
