Ingredients:
- Mince ½ kg
- Caraway Seeds ½ tso
- Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
- Desiccated Coconut 1 tbsp
- Almonds 2 tbsp
- Chickpeas 50 gms
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
- Raw Papaya 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Fried Onions 2
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Clarified Butter ½ cup
- Coriander leaves (chopped) 3 tbsp
- Lemons 1
- Onions (chopped) 2
- Mint leaves (chopped) 3 tbsp
- Ginger (chopped) 3 tbsp
Method:
- Grind all spices, onions with mince and leave it for 3 hours.
- Heat clarified butter in a pan and add mince to it, cook and give it coal smoke
- Or spread the mince over baking tray , place coal in between , add ghee on top to give coal smoke.
- Mix mince, add clarified butter and bake it in oven for 50 minutes on 190 degree.
