Dum Murgh by Rida Aftab
Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Vinegar ½ cup
- Onions 3
- Yogurt 250 gms
- Curry Leaves 10
- Button Red Chilies 10
- Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Green Chilies 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
- Coal 1 piece
- Onions for serve
- Tomatoes for serve
- lettuces for serve
Method:
1. Marinate chicken with onions, vinegar and leave it 2 and 3 hours.
2. In a pan, heat oil add curry leaves , when aroma comes add chicken and cook on high flame.
3. When dries the water add yogurt ,button red chilies ,crushed black pepper, salt, coriander powder, turmeric, ginger garlic, mix and cover it.
4. When oil surfaces, add finely chopped green chilies, and give coal steam.
5. In the end, sprinkles garam masala.
6. Serve with onions and Lettituces.
