ECLAIRS Recipe in Lively Weekends with Kiran Khan

Water              1 Cup
Flour                1 Cup
Salt                   1/2 tsp
butter               1/2 Cup
eggs                   4

Method:   For dough take pan and put water,butter and salt and let them boil.after 2-3 mints remove from heat.Then add Flour mixture and mix well.
again turn the heat on and stir the dough for 2 mints.(will be sticky dough). take the dough in electric stand mixer and start adding egg one at a time.
put it in piping bag and pipe long shells and bake in oven for 10 mints or until brown at 350 F or 180 C

Filling For Eclairs:

CUSTARD

Milk                2 1/4 Cup
sugar               1/2-3/4 Cup
corn starch       1/4 Cup
egg yolks            4
salt                     pinch
vanilla extract    1 tsp

Method: Mix all together over heat until it thickens.
