Ingredients:
- Burger buns 4
- Butter 2 tsp
- Eggs 4
- Cheese grated 4 tbsp
- Mushrooms sliced 4 tbsp
- Onion chopped 3 tbsp
- Salt and pepper ½ tsp each
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper for garnishing
Method:
- Slice the top of each bun and scoop out nicely to make a hollow bun leaving quarter inch wall all around.
- Spread some ketchup in the hollow of the bun.
- Butter the edges and the sides of the buns and keep aside.
- Heat 1½ tbsp of butter.
- Fry onions till soft. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 mins.
- Remove from heat, add salt and pepper.
- Spoon this mixture in the hollow buns.
- Break the raw egg in a bowl. And gently put it over the mushroom mixture.
- Be careful not to break the egg yolk in the bun.
- Repeat the same with all the buns. Sprinkle cheese over the egg.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven on 200 degree C for 10 mins.
- Sprinkle top with red chili and coriander leaves.
