Ingredients:
- Eggs 2
- Onions (chopped) 1 cup
- Green Chilies 2
- Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
- Potatoes (cubed & boiled) 2
- Capsicum (chopped) 1
- Peas ½ cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Red Pepper (crushed) ½tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
Method:
- Beat eggs heat oil add onions.
- Fry till soft.
- Add beaten eggs with salt, crushed red pepper and turmeric.
- Add potatoes, peas and capsicum.
- Fry well.
- Lastly add chopped coriander and green chilies.
