Egg Biscuits Recipe by Chef Mehboob Khan

Ingredients:

  • Butter                        200 grams
  • Icing sugar                250 grams
  • Eggs                            5
  • Flour                          300 grams
  • Baking powder       2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence        2 tsp
  • Yellow food color   a pinch
  • Salt                             a pinch

Method:

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together.
  2. Then start adding eggs one by one and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl add flour, baking powder, salt and mix well.
  4. Now add the flour mixture to the butter mixture along with vanilla essence and food color and mix well.
  5. Oil a baking tray and spoon little mix on it into round shape.
  6. Now bake on 160 C for 15 minutes. Remove, cool and serve.
