Ingredients:
- Butter 200 grams
- Icing sugar 250 grams
- Eggs 5
- Flour 300 grams
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Vanilla essence 2 tsp
- Yellow food color a pinch
- Salt a pinch
Method:
- Cream the butter and sugar together.
- Then start adding eggs one by one and mix well.
- In a separate bowl add flour, baking powder, salt and mix well.
- Now add the flour mixture to the butter mixture along with vanilla essence and food color and mix well.
- Oil a baking tray and spoon little mix on it into round shape.
- Now bake on 160 C for 15 minutes. Remove, cool and serve.
