Egg Foo Yung by Chef Gulzar in Dawat

Ingredients
Sela Rice                                     300 grams
Eggs                                     4
Spring Onion (Slices)                        3strands
Garlic (Chopped)                            3-4 cloves
Finely Chopped Capsicum                     1
Green Beans                                 1 cup
Lemon Juice                                 4 tbsp
Five Spice powder                                 1 pinch
Crushed Red Chili                             1 tsp
All Spice Powder                             1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper                        ½ tsp
Chinese Salt                                 ½ tsp
Soya Sauce                                 3 tbsp
Oil                                         3-4 tbsp
Sesame Seed Oil                             1 tbsp
Salt                                         to taste

Method
Take 300 grams of sela rice soak for 2 hours and boil it. Take a mixing  bowl add 4 eggs to taste salt, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 tsp of crushed red chili, 1 tsp of all spice powder, beat it well. Now fry the omelet in a hot oil and take it out very carefully and cut the strips, then set aside. Take a cooking pan add 3 strands of spring onion, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 1 chopped garlic, 1 finely chopped capsicum, 1 cup of green beans mix it well cook for 2-3 minutes on a high flame. Now add 300 grams of boiled sela rice ½ tsp of Chinese salt mix it well. Now add 3 tbsp of soya sauce 1 tbsp of sesame seed oil add omelet strips, 4 tbsp of lemon juice mix it well take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
