Ingredients:
Mutton half kg small pieces
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper half tsp
Whole mix spices 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Water 3 cups
Potatoes 2 cut in square pieces
Carrots 2 cut in cubes
Peas half cup
Soya sauce 2tbsp
Onion baby 10
Flour 2 tbsp heaped
Milk 1 cup
Butter 2 oz
Method:
Boil mutton, with salt pepper, whole spices, soya sauce, vinegar and water, till mutton tender and 2 cups stock left. Add 2 add potatoes and carrot, cook till done. Add in flour and milk paste, butter; also add in peas and onion. Simmer on low flame for 15 min till done.
