Farosh Chicken

Ingredients:

 

  • Chicken  whole with skin 1
  • White pepper                      ½ tsp
  • Black pepper                       ½ tsp
  • Paprika                                  1 tsp heaped
  • Ginger garlic                                    1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice                         4 tbsp
  • Salt                                         1½ tsp
  • Oil                                           ½ cup for brushing

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for at least 2 hours
  2. Place in an oven tray and bake in a pre-heated oven on 180 D for 45 mins
  3. Keep pouring 1 tbsp oil on top of the chicken after every 10 mins
  4. Cook till chicken tender and brown. Serve with french fries.
