Finger Fish Fry
Ingredients
Boneless Fish 500 grams
Egg Whites 2
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
All Spice Powder ½ tsp
Carom Seeds 1/3 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds 1/3 tsp
Lemon Juice 2-3 tbsp
All Purpose Flour 2-3 tbsp
Orange Food Color 1 pinch
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method
Take a mixing bowl add 2 egg whites, 1 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp of red chili powder,1/2 tsp of turmeric powder,1/2 tsp of all spice powder, 2-3 tbsp of all purpose, 2-3 tbsp of lemon juice, 1/3 tsp of aniseeds, 1/3 fenugreek seeds, 1 pinch of orange food color and add to taste salt mix it well to make a batter. Now take 500 grams of boneless fish cut into fingers shape and dip into batter and fry in hot oil and take it out in a plate and drain the access oil in tissue paper when it drains. At last take it out in a serving bowl and serve it.
