Ingredients:
- Boneless Fish 500 grams
- Egg Whites 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- Orange Food Color a pinch
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Mayonnaise:
- Eggs 2
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Oil 300 gm
- Salt to taste
- For Turtle Sauce
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Mustard Paste 2 tbsp
- Carrots (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
- Capsicum (finely chopped) 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper (Crushed) ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For mayonnaise add eggs, vinegar, salt and sugar in a blender and blend well, gradually add oil in between and blend till it becomes thick and creamy
- For Sauce:
- Mix all together.
For Fish:
- Marinate fish in a mixture if all the ingredients for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a wok and fry , remove it on a kitchen towel and serve with turtle sauce
