Ingredients:
- Shrimps ½ kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Egg 1
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Method for shrimps
- Mix altogether in a bowl and deep fry shrimps until golden brown. Keep aside.
- Fire cracker sauce
- Sweet chili sauce 4 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
- Chili paste 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Garlic 1 tbsp chopped
- Spring onion chopped 1
- Red capsicum finely chopped 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil fry garlic till light golden
- Add in all the sauces with fried shrimps balls, toss well in gravy.
- Serve garnish with spring onion chopped and chopped red capsicum.
- Serve on a bed of thin rice stick noodles.
