Fish Curry By Chef Gulzar Hussain

Ingredients:

  • Fish (cubes) 300gm
  • Tomato 3
  • Onion ½
  • Red chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp
  • Green Chili 4-5
  • Coriander (finely chopped) ½ bunch
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. In a blender jug add tomato, green chili, onion and 1 cup water, then grand it.
  2. Now take a microwave proof mixing bowl add paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, Garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix it well, add fish and place it in microwave at 100% M for 20 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes take out the bowl & add mustard seeds and mix it well and again place it in microwave.
