FISH GRAVY PULAO Recipes in Lively Weekends with Kiran Khan

Ingredients:

  • Fish                                       Half kg
  • Rice Basmati                         1 kg
  • Onion                                   3 Pieces
  • Ginger Garlic Paste              2 spoons
  • Tomato                                 3 Pieces
  • Imli Ka Rus                           4 spoons
  • Salt                                        hasb e zaiqa
  • Black Pepper                        1 spoon
  • White Zeera Solid                4 spoons
  • White Zeera Pisa huwa        1 spoon
  • Curry leaves                          10 pieces
  • Red Chilli                              1 spoon
  • Dhaniya Powder                  1 spoon

Method:

  1. Sab se pehle oil mein curry patta aur white zeera daal (sabut)
  2. 1 spoon daal dein iss ke baad piyaz ko daal kar gulabi karna hai phir iss mein lehsan ka paste
  3. tomatoes daal kar pakayein jab tomatoes aur piyaz sorte hojaye to iss mein imli ka paste daal dein aur halki aanch pe 10 min tak pakayein.
    Rice Procedure:
  4. Sab se pehle 3 spoons oil daal kar iss mein garam masala daal kar iss mein chawal daal dein
  5. thora sa pani daal kar pakayein jab chawal pak jayein
  6. iss ko dish mein nikaal kar uper de gai fish ki gravy daalein aur mazedaar fish gravy pulao enjoy karein.
