Ingredients:
- Boneless Fish (Cubed) ½ kg
- Onion (Sliced) 1
- Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- White Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Black Cumin Seed 1 tsp
- Paprika Powder ½ tsp
- Kabab Cheeni Powder ½ tsp
- Red Chili Paste 1 tbsp
- Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp
- Vinegar ½ cup
- Fried, Crushed Onions 2
- Papaya Paste 3 tbsp
- Clarified Butter as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a mixing bowl add garlic paste, yogurt, whit cumin seed, black cumin seeds, paprika powder, kabab cheeni powder, red chili paste and sesame seeds
- Then add vinegar, crushed onions, papaya paste, clarified butter and salt
- Mix everything well
- Now add the fish and leave it to marinate
- Fry marinated fish in wok and add water
- When the water has dried and fish is tender, the dish is ready
- Heat the sizzling platter and add a layer of sliced onions
- Add the fish and serve
