Fish Sizzler by Gulzar Hussain

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Fish (Cubed) ½ kg
  • Onion (Sliced) 1
  • Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • White Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Black Cumin Seed 1 tsp
  • Paprika Powder ½ tsp
  • Kabab Cheeni Powder ½ tsp
  • Red Chili Paste 1 tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar ½ cup
  • Fried, Crushed Onions 2
  • Papaya Paste 3 tbsp
  • Clarified Butter as required
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl add garlic paste, yogurt, whit cumin seed, black cumin seeds, paprika powder, kabab cheeni powder, red chili paste and sesame seeds
  2. Then add vinegar, crushed onions, papaya paste, clarified butter and salt
  3. Mix everything well
  4. Now add the fish and leave it to marinate
  5. Fry marinated fish in wok and add water
  6. When the water has dried and fish is tender, the dish is ready
  7. Heat the sizzling platter and add a layer of sliced onions
  8. Add the fish and serve
