Ingredients:
- Fish (Boneless) 1 kg
- Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
- Carom Seeds ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
- Chaat Masala 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Red Chilies Paste 1 tbsp
- Gram Flour 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Yellow Food Color ½ tsp
- Oil as required
- Shashlik Sticks as required
For Garnish: - Lettuce as required
- Cucumber as required
- Tomatoes as required
- Red Chilies as required
- Onions as required
Method:
- In a pan, add cumin seeds, carom seeds fry and crushed, take it out in pot.
- Add chaat masala, cream, yogurt, green chilies paste, ginger garlic paste
- Add red chili powder, yellow food color, oil and mix it.
- Then add boneless fish pieces, coat the sticks and fry.
- In the end, garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onions and serve it.
