Ingredients:
- Boneless Fish ½ kg
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Carom Seeds 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
- Cornflour 4 tbsp
- Oil (for frying) as required
Ingredients Of Sauce:
- Finely Chopped Ginger 4 tbsp
- Brown Sugar 1 tsp
- Red Chili (crushed) 2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup ½ cup
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate fish with black pepper, salt, oregano, carom seeds, red chili powder, corn flour and leave it for 10 minutes.
- Now in a pan, heat oil and fry.
For making sauce:
- In a pan, heat oil add garlic and fry.
- Now add finely chopped ginger, brown sugar, chopped red chili, tomato ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and cook.
