Fish with Ginger Sauce By Rida Aftab’s

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Fish ½ kg
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Carom Seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • Cornflour 4 tbsp
  • Oil (for frying) as required

 

Ingredients Of Sauce:

  • Finely Chopped Ginger 4 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar 1 tsp
  • Red Chili (crushed) 2 tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup ½ cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Marinate fish with black pepper, salt, oregano, carom seeds, red chili powder, corn flour and leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Now in a pan, heat oil and fry.

 

For making sauce:

  1. In a pan, heat oil add garlic and fry.
  2. Now add finely chopped ginger, brown sugar, chopped red chili, tomato ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and cook.
