Ingredients:
- Boneless fish half kg
- Salt 1 tsp + half tsp
- Pepper half tsp + half tsp
- Egg 1
- Flour 1 tbsp heaved
- Corn flour 2 tbsp heaved
- Onion sliced 1
- Green chili sliced 6
- Spring onion 1 cut into 1 inch pieces
- Coriander leaves q cup
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp heaved
- Red chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
- Dark soy 1 tbsp
- Oil quarter cup
- Sweet sauce 2 tbsp
- Chili oil 2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER:
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Water quarter cup to make batter
- 5 spice powder 1 tsp
Method:
- Marinate fish salt and pepper half tsp each, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp corn flour and egg.
- Make thick batter with the given ingredients.
- Dip fish in batter and deep fry for 5 mins.
- METHOD FOR SAUCE
- Heat oil quarter cup add crushed garlic with all the seasonings and vegetables.
- Lastly add the fried fish add chili oil for glaze.
- Five spice fish is ready to serve.
