Five Spice Green Chutney

Ingredients:
Fresh Coriander 1 bunch
Green Chilies 10-12
Garlic 6-8 cloves
Lemon Juice ½ cup
Mint 1 bunch
Olive Oil ½ cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt as required

Method:
Take a cooking pan add 1-1/2 water, 1 bunch of coriander,10-12 green chilies, 6-8 garlic cloves, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 bunch of mint leaves boil 5 minutes. Add the mixture in a blender and add ½ cup of yogurt ½ cup of lemon juice , ½ cup of olive oil add a pinch of salt blend all the ingredients. Five spice green chutney is ready.
