French Baguettes

French Baguettes
Ingredients
All Purpose Flour 6 cup
Corn Flour 2-3 tbsp
Yeast 3 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Egg Whites 1
Salt to taste
Method
Take a luke warm water add 3 tbsp of yeast and 1 tbsp sugar mix it well and leave it for few minutes. Take a mixing bowl 6 cups of all purpose flour and add to taste salt mix it well when the yeast is raised mix it well, to make a dough, now cover the dough with plastic cling and leave it for 2-3 hours when the dough is raised roll it long then mark it on with the help of knife then brush it on the top of with egg whites and sprinkle 2-3 tbsp of corn flour now set it into bread mould or baking dish and place the mould or baking dish into preheated oven and bake it for 25-30 minutes until its nicely golden brown. At last take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
