Fresh Coconut Cake

Ingredients:

  • Plain Flour 2 cup
  • Sugar Powder 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Coconut (grated) 1 cup
  • Baking Powder 1-1/2
  • Baking Soda ½ tsp
  • Milk ¼ cup

Method:

  1. Pre heat oven in 170c.
  2. Then in a bowl, add eggs, oil, vanilla essence, salt, sugar powder and beat well.
  3. Now add baking powder, baking soda and sieve it.
  4. After this, in egg mixture add eggs and fold it.
  5. Now add desiccated coconut, milk and mix.
  6. After this, in a grease loaf tin pour mixture and bake it for 45 minutes .
