Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Curry
Ingredients
Mix Fresh Fruits ½ kg
Mixed Vegetables 250 grams
Chopped Tomatoes 3
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
All Spice Powder ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Crushed Coriander Seeds ½ tsp
Fennel Powder 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds( Crushed ) 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 3-4 tbsp
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2-3 tbsp
Curry Leaves 5-6
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Method
Take ½ kg of fresh fruits, 250 grams of vegetables cut into cubes. Take a cooking pan add as required oil, heat the oil add 5-6 curry leaves and when its twingling add 1 tbsp of garlic paste and 3 chopped tomatoes mix it well and roasted. Now add vegetables, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, ½ tsp of all spice powder, ½ tsp of turmeric tsp, ½ crushed coriander seeds, 1 tsp of fennel powder,1 tsp of mustard seeds and 2-3 tbsp of finely chopped green chilies mix it well and cook now add as required water and mix it well and cook now add fresh fruits , 3-4 tbsp of lemon juice and add to taste salt mix it well and cook on a low flame , take it out in a serving dish.
