Ingredients:
- Undercut ½ kg sliced
- Carrot 1 cut in round slices
- Onion 1 (square cubes)
- Salt ½ tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Sweet & Sour Sauce ½ cup
- Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
- White Pepper ½ tsp
- Corn flour 2tsp
- Garlic (crushed) 1 tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Egg White 1
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Stalk 1 cup
- Corn flour Paste 1 tbsp
- Spring Onions for garnishing
Method:
- Marinate undercut slices with salt, white pepper, corn flour, egg white and soya sauce.
- Mix well and deep fry for 10 minutes in pre heated oil
- Method for sauce:
- Heat oil, fry chopped garlic till light golden.
- Add in sliced carrots and onions, fry for 2 minutes, add sweet and sour sauce, chili sauce, sugar and fried beef.
- Add stalk when boiling .
- Add corn flour paste.
- Lastly garnish with spring onion leaves.
