Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Coriander leaves ½ bunches grinded
- Green chilies 10 grinded
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Cumin roasted and crushed 1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric a pinch
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes 2 blended
- Salt 1 tsp heaped
- Bread crumbs as required
- Eggs 2 beaten
- Ingredients for pulao
- Rice ½ kg
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Brown onion 3 tbsp
- Green chilies 3
- Ginger garlic paste 1- ½ tsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Whole mixed spices 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves 8 – 10
- Potatoes 4 fried to golden brown
- Saffron ¼ tsp
- Yellow color pinch
- Kewra water 1 tsp
- Boiled peas 1 cup
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all the given spices and cook for 20 minutes till water dries and chicken tender
- Roll chicken in bread crumbs, dip in eggs and deep fry.
- Method for pulao
- Boil water with salt add rice with yellow color and whole spices, cook till rice done
- Now heat ¼ cup oil add ginger garlic paste, brown onion
- Add green chilies, yogurt, allspice, top with boiled rice
- Leave it on dum with saffron and Kewra water for 15 minutes
- Before serving, mix rice well, put on a platter, surround with fried potatoes and chicken.
