FRIED CHICKEN WITH EGGS
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken (strips) ½ kg
Eggs (boiled) 4
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Egg 1
Black Pepper 1tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1tsp
Chili Sauce 2tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) ½ tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
• ¬In a pan, boil eggs and cut in 4 pieces.
• Marinate boneless chicken with chili sauce, salt, crushed red chilies, oregano, garlic, black pepper, leave it for half an hour.
• Coat the chicken properly with plain flour, eggs and bread crumbs
• Same procedure apply in eggs.
• Now deep fry in heat oil, take it out until golden brown.
• Fried chicken with eggs is ready.
