Ingredients:
Fresh corn kernels 100 gm
Peanuts 40 gm
Soaked chana dal 40 gm
For the Masala:
Chopped onion 1
Chopped tomato 1
Chopped coriander 10 gm
Chopped green chilly 2
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
Chaat masala to taste
Salt to taste
Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
For Coating:
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Oil to deep fry
Method:
Pat dry corn and coat with corn flour and flour. Deep fry till it turns crispy and keep aside. Deep fry soaked lentil and keep aside. Take a bowl and mix the fried corn, lentils, peanuts and the masala ingredients. Check for seasonings and serve immediately whilst crispy.
