Fried Ice Cream
Ingredients:
Vanilla ice cream 6-8 scoops
Bread Crumbs 2-3 cup
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Milk 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Honey 4 tbsps
Whipped Creme for garnish
Method:
Place the ice creme scoops in a tray and freeze for at least one hour till the ice creme scoops are firm.
Meanwhile beat eggs with cinnamon, sugar and milk, keep it aside.
Now roll the hard ice creme scoop/ ball into bread crumbs, then dipp into egg mixture and again roll into bread crumbs.
Again put them in freezer back for about 2 hours to set hard completely.
Deep fry for only 30 seconds untill outer layer is golden brown.
Serve immediately with whipped creme and honey on top.
