Fried Kaleji

Ingredients:

  • Mutton Liver      1 ½ kg
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • White vinegar    1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies   1 bunch
  • Chopped green coriander            1 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies   4
  • Ginger Garlic paste          1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • Black pepper      ½ tsp
  • Salt         to taste
  • Lemon  2
  • Oi            ½ cup

 

Method:

  1. Chopped the garlic cloves and marinate mutton liver in it and keep it for 10 minutes.
  2. Now wash it with it cold water and strain the water.
  3. Put the mutton liver in the pan and add in 1 tsp red chili flakes, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Add 1 tsp white vinegar and cook it on a low flame.
  5. When the water dries, add in 1 tsp roasted cumin powder and ½ cup oil.
  6. Add in 2 lemon juice, chopped coriander, chopped green chilies and some salt.
  7. Cook it for 5 minutes. Serve it with nan.
