Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chili paste 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Corn flour ½ cup
- Flour 1/3 cup
- Tandoori Masala ¼ tsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala to sprinkle
- Coriander leaves to serve
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients.
- Now mix well, deep fry till crisp .
- Serve garnished with chat masala and coriander leaves, and serve with fries.
