Fried Kolhapuri Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless cubes      ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste              1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste                  1 tbsp
  • Chili powder                          1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Corn flour                              ½ cup
  • Flour                                       1/3 cup
  • Tandoori Masala                  ¼ tsp
  • Water                                     2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala                       to sprinkle
  • Coriander leaves                  to serve

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients.
  2. Now mix well, deep fry till crisp .
  3. Serve garnished with chat masala and coriander leaves, and serve with fries.
