Ingredients:
- Mozzarella Cheese (finger cut) ½ kg
- Egg 1
- Flour 2 tbsp heaped
- Milk ¼ cup
- Salt a pinch
- Black pepper a pinch
- Bread Crumbs as required
- For Sauce:
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Garlic ½ tsp
- Red Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
- Water ¼ cup
Method:
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl, except cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Make a thick batter, add mozzarella fingers to it, them in the breadcrumbs twice.
- Deep fry and serve it with the sauce.
- For sauce:
- Heat oil, add garlic till they turn golden.
- Add water with all the rest.
- Cook for 5 minutes till the sauce thickens, serve it with mozzarella sticks.
